We’re so excited to share that Barre Series Academy is returning to London for another round of our signature 100-Hour Foundations Teacher Training. After such incredible energy in 2025, we’re once again gathering at the Mayfair Studio on January 29, 30 & 31, 2026 — and we can’t wait to welcome another group of passionate movers into our teaching community.
This extensive training is designed for anyone wanting to deepen their practice, refine their understanding of movement (specifically barre), and step confidently into teaching.
It’s especially suited for:
- Barre lovers who have spent plenty of time at the barre and feel ready to deepen their movement knowledge.
- Movement and fitness professionals — Pilates teachers, yoga instructors, PTs, dancers and group fitness leaders, who want to expand their skillset with a thoughtful, contemporary barre method.
- Wellness practitioners and coaches seeking a fresh modality to support and motivate their communities.
If you’re new to barre or don’t come from a dance background, you’re absolutely welcome. Barre Series is designed to be accessible, encouraging and adaptable for all bodies, all levels and all teaching experiences.
