Catie loves encompassing a holistic approach to her teaching and content development, with a strong focus on empowerment and community development. Building from her dancing roots, Catie is certified in Barre, STOTT Pilates, Pre + Postnatal Movement and Total Body Resistance (TRX). Her experience to date is second to none, and her infectious positivity and encouragement have clients returning to class repeatedly.
