When we looked around the fitness industry, we witnessed high-intensity interval training everywhere we turned—even barre bodies were burning out from too much HIIT. While high intensities are healthy in small doses, maxing your body for 60 minutes five days a week isn’t. That’s why we started Barre Series—to redefine what a barre class can feel like.
