The Return to 1 Hotel Mayfair & Introducing Barre Series Strength
We’re thrilled to share that Barre Series is returning to 1 Hotel Mayfair for another exclusive London residency — and this time, we’re bringing something completely new with us.
From Saturday 21 February to 26 April, we’ll be hosting a weekly Saturday morning pop-up in one of London’s most beautifully designed wellness destinations. This residency marks not only our return to 1 Hotel Mayfair, but the launch of a brand-new class format: Barre Series Strength.
A fresh evolution of our signature method, created in response to our community’s desire to feel stronger, more capable, and deeply supported in their bodies.
A Natural Home for Barre Series
Set moments from Green Park, 1 Hotel Mayfair is a sanctuary in the heart of the city, where nature, design, and wellbeing coexist seamlessly. With its living green walls, biophilic interiors, and strong commitment to sustainability, the hotel mirrors so much of what Barre Series stands for: intentional living, longevity, and care for both body and environment.

Introducing: Barre Series Strength

Barre Series Strength is a powerful evolution of our signature method, designed to build strength, resilience, and confidence through intentional, full-body movement.
Blending functional strength training with the precision of Pilates and barre, this class uses 2kg and 5kg weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight work to create a deeper, more empowering challenge, without losing the fluidity and softness that define Barre Series.
Movement is rhythmic and flowing, allowing strength to be built through flow rather than force. Expect intelligently layered sequences that support:
- Posture and joint health
- Everyday functionality
- Breath-led, aligned movement
- Sustainable strength without strain
Every class is designed to help you feel strong, grounded, and energised, connected to your body, not depleted.

Capacity: 10 spaces per session
Spaces are intentionally limited to create an intimate, high-touch experience and we recommend booking early.
Barre & Brunch Launch Event
To celebrate the launch of Barre Series Strength, we’re planning a special Barre & Brunch launch event in partnership with 1 Hotel Mayfair.
