
As we move into the holidays, I’ve been thinking a lot about what it really means to stay connected — to our breath, our bodies, and our presence. Not the kind wrapped in ribbon, but the kind that keeps us anchored when the world around us speeds up.
This season often asks us to give more, do more, be more. But your breath will always bring you back to what’s essential. A single inhale can soften your shoulders. A slow exhale can remind you that you’re here, grounded and allowed to take up space.
If there’s one intention I hope you carry through the holidays, it’s this:
Return to yourself often. To your breath. To your body. To the steady truth of the moment you’re in.

Whether it’s a five-minute stretch between gatherings, a quiet walk, or simply placing a hand on your heart before you start the day, choose presence over perfection. Choose connection over pace.
