The question we hear most often from our On Demand members isn’t about technique, or intensity, or how to modify a movement.
It’s simply: what should I do next?
With hundreds of classes in the library, that question makes complete sense. But it’s worth naming what’s actually happening underneath it, because it isn’t indecision — it’s cost.
Every day you open the app without a plan, you’re asked to make a decision. How much time do I have? What do I feel like? What did I do last time? Should I be working on strength, or is my body asking for something gentler? And you’re asked to make it at the precise moment your energy is at its lowest, which is exactly when the easiest available answer is not today.
That’s the thing that quietly erodes consistency. Not a lack of motivation, and not a lack of options. The daily tax of choosing.
A guided programme pays that cost once, in advance. The sequence is already built, the progression already considered, the schedule already written down. What’s left is the only part that ever mattered: pressing play.
| If this sounds like you | Start with |
| New to barre, or coming back after a break | > Starting Out |
| Ready to feel stronger | > Strength & Tone |
| Want to build fitness and endurance | > Sweat & Stamina |
| Busy, depleted, or holding tension | > Recovery Series |
| Pregnant, postnatal, or wanting low-impact | > Prenatal Series |
| Craving structure and accountability | > 30 Day or 14 Day Challenge |
| Looking for a whole-body reset | > 28-Day Microbiome Movement |
Each programme comes with a downloadable PDF schedule — the full plan, laid out day by day, so you can print it, pin it, or tick it off.
If you read no further, pick the row that fits and begin. Everything below is detail.
Starting Out
Four weeks of foundations: posture, alignment, and the core barre and Pilates movements, taught through seven repeatable workouts you can return to whenever you need them.
The point isn’t to move through it quickly. It’s to build the confidence and technique that make everything afterwards feel possible rather than intimidating.
For: complete beginners, anyone returning after illness, injury or time away, and anyone who’d rather understand a movement before intensifying it.
Strength & Tone
Lean, functional strength through barre, Pilates, cardio and HIIT-inspired movement. You’ll challenge the upper and lower body while building muscular endurance and stability — the kind of strength that shows up outside the workout, in how you carry, lift, and stand.
The natural next step once the foundations feel familiar.
For: anyone wanting to build strength and improve posture without lifting heavy, and those who want efficient full-body work.
Sweat & Stamina
Endurance, built sustainably. Rather than pushing to exhaustion, each session develops cardiovascular fitness gradually — so you can move for longer, recover faster, and feel the difference week on week.
For: runners and walkers wanting muscular support alongside their mileage, anyone preparing for an active holiday, and those who want cardiovascular fitness without high impact.
Recovery
Some seasons ask for less, and that’s not a setback. Restorative, low-impact movement, gentle strength work and mobility sessions to release tension and reconnect with your body.
Recovery isn’t a pause in the work. It’s part of it.
For: anyone stressed, stretched thin or recovering from an intense training block — and for rest days that still want movement in them.
Prenatal Series
Pregnancy is a season of constant change, and your practice should move with it. Safe, functional workouts designed to maintain strength, support mobility, and help you feel capable through pregnancy and beyond.
These classes are also simply excellent low-impact work. You don’t need to be pregnant to take them, and many of our members don’t.
For: expecting mothers, women preparing for birth, new mums returning with medical clearance, and anyone wanting gentle, well-built strength work.
30 Day Challenge
Over 23 workouts across barre, Pilates, cardio and strength, plus wellness resources and a downloadable calendar. Start any day. Move at your own pace.
For: anyone who thrives with a plan on paper, and anyone rebuilding a routine after a holiday or a busy stretch.
14 Day Challenge
Two focused weeks of barre, Pilates, stretching and cardio, progressively built to develop lean muscle, posture and endurance. Challenging, but achievable — and sometimes a fortnight is all it takes to find momentum again.
For: short timeframes, event preparation, and anyone who needs a win.
The 28-Day Microbiome Movement
Gentle movement, simple nourishment and daily habits designed to support energy, digestion and overall wellbeing. Small, sustainable actions rather than quick fixes — a reset that feels nourishing rather than restrictive.
For: low energy, gut health interest, and anyone who wants to focus on how they feel rather than how they look.
Most people move roughly like this:
Starting Out → Strength & Tone → Sweat & Stamina
That’s the strength-and-fitness pathway, and it’s a genuine progression — each one assumes what the last one built.
The Challenges sit slightly outside that line. They’re best used to restart momentum, not to begin from nothing. If you’ve never done barre before, do Starting Out first; a challenge will land far better with foundations underneath it.
Recovery isn’t a stage. It’s something you drop into from wherever you are, for as long as you need, and it makes everything else more sustainable rather than interrupting it.
Prenatal and Microbiome are their own things entirely — chosen by season, not sequence.
If you miss days, pick up where you left off. Don’t restart. Don’t double up to catch what you missed. A 30-day programme finished in six weeks is a 30-day programme finished — the number in the title is a structure, not a deadline. Losing momentum isn’t failure. It’s feedback, usually about the plan rather than about you.
You’re allowed to switch. If you started Strength & Tone and this week has been relentless, moving to Recovery isn’t giving up. It’s the most literate thing you could do. The right programme is the one that matches the life you’re actually living, and that changes.
One session a week still counts. A programme is a scaffold, not a contract. If all you manage is a single anchoring class, that consistency will do more over a year than a perfect fortnight followed by nothing.
Ask the only question that matters — what does my body need most right now? — take the answer at face value, and download the schedule.
The deciding is done. Press play.
