If you’ve moved with Barre Series before, you will know that we chase movement that feels good, supports your body, and actually lasts.
That belief is exactly why we’re introducing the TRIO Method — a simple, balanced way to move, built from three distinct styles: Sculpt, Strengthen, and Lengthen.
Each serves its own purpose. Together, they create something more complete than any single class could.

Most of us gravitate naturally toward one type of movement. Some people love the burn of a barre class. Others prefer the slow control of Pilates. Some only feel they’ve “exercised” when they’re sweating; others would stretch daily and skip the hard parts entirely.
The problem isn’t preference — it’s what gets missed. When we only do what we enjoy most, our bodies lose out on everything else a well-rounded movement practice can offer: strength, mobility, recovery, control.
The TRIO Method solves for this by design.
Each class stands on its own. Together, they build a body that’s strong, mobile, and resilient.
Barre is powerful. Pilates is intentional. Stretching is essential. We’ve always believed movement shouldn’t be forced into a single box — and the TRIO Method is that belief, made practical.
Instead of asking “What’s the best workout?” — a question with no real answer — we ask something better:
“What does your body need today?”
Some days, that’s strength. Other days, mobility. And some days, it’s simply the act of showing up. The TRIO Method makes room for all three, without guilt attached to any of them.
Doing the same workout on repeat isn’t the fastest route to feeling your best — it’s often the opposite. Varying how you move challenges coordination, activates different muscle groups, keeps your mind engaged, and helps prevent the burnout that routine can quietly create.
One day, Sculpt might be exactly what energises you. Another day, Strengthen is what your body’s asking for. And on the days movement feels hardest to find — Lengthen might be all it takes to reconnect.
Life gets busy. Motivation comes and goes. That’s precisely why the TRIO Method is designed to be something you can always come back to — no decision fatigue required.
Some weeks, you’ll complete all three. Other weeks, just one. Both count. This isn’t about perfect adherence — it’s about giving yourself consistent, low-pressure opportunities to move, manage stress, and build a routine that actually fits your life.
We want to make this a little more fun — and a little more shared.
Complete all three TRIO Method classes over the next seven days. Then invite someone to join you: a friend, a partner, your mum, your sister, the person who’s been saying they want to move more. Movement is easier — and sticks better — when someone’s doing it alongside you.
When you’ve completed your TRIO, tag us. Tell us which class surprised you most.
Whether you start with Sculpt, build with Strengthen, or unwind with Lengthen, you’re investing in something bigger than a single class — a way of moving that respects what your body actually needs, week to week.
Three classes. Three ways to move. One signature method.
Welcome to the TRIO Method. Launching July 20th 2026 here.
